Our admissions process is designed to help parents understand the school, identify the most appropriate class for each applicant and ensure a smooth transition into the school community.
1. Make an Enquiry
Parents or guardians may contact the school by telephone, email, the website enquiry form or a physical visit. Our admissions team will provide information about available classes, school programmes, fees and admission requirements.
2. Obtain and Complete the Application Form
An admission application form should be obtained from the school or completed through the appropriate online channel. Parents are expected to provide accurate information about the applicant.
3. Submit the Required Documents
Applicants may be required to submit the following:
- Completed admission application form
- Recent passport photographs
- Copy of birth certificate or age declaration
- Previous school report or academic record
- Transfer certificate, where applicable
- Medical or health information relevant to the learner
- Parent or guardian identification and contact details
- Any other document requested by the school
4. Entrance Assessment or Interview
Depending on the class being applied for, the applicant may be invited for an entrance assessment, informal evaluation or interview.
The purpose of the assessment is to understand the learner’s current academic level and determine the most suitable class placement. For younger children, the process may involve simple age-appropriate activities and interaction with a teacher.
5. Admission Decision
Parents will be informed of the outcome after the application and assessment have been reviewed. Successful applicants will receive information about acceptance, fees, uniforms, books, resumption and other necessary preparations.
6. Registration and Enrolment
Admission is completed when the required fees, documents and registration processes have been completed within the stated period.
Admission Requirements
Admission is subject to the availability of space, successful completion of the application process and fulfilment of the school’s requirements. Class placement may be based on the learner’s age, previous academic record and entrance assessment performance.
School Visits
Parents and guardians are welcome to arrange a visit to the school. A school visit provides an opportunity to view the learning environment, meet members of staff and ask questions about our academic and extracurricular programmes.
Visits should preferably be scheduled in advance to ensure that an appropriate staff member is available.
